Shipping

• Prices listed on this web site are for UK mainland deliveries only.
• For deliveries to Northern Ireland, offshore UK destinations and the EU, please contact our sales office for a quotation.
• All of our cases are shipped with either TNT or BSD Carrier and will require a signature on delivery.
• Please ensure that you check for any damage upon delivery as claims cannot be processed unless the delivery note is signed "damaged". Without this both Transit Cases and the carrier will assume that the delivery was received in good condition.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return costs, wherever made by Transit Cases will be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form that the payment was originally made for the purchase within 5 days of your return being received.
